Shanghai, China – On September 26, 2025, Skytower Group Inc. CEO, Mr. Eric Fang, met with H.E. Bandar AlKhorayef, Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, during his official visit to China. The two sides discussed advancing cooperation in industrial, mineral, logistics, and related sectors, building on a meeting in North Carolina in August 2025.

Changsha, Hunan, China — September 21, 2025 — Skytower Group, led by CEO Mr. Eric Fang and the company’s executive team, participated in the Central South University Alumni Enterprise Overseas Community Saudi Resource Matching Conference held in Changsha. During the event, Skytower formally signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Hunan Central South University Alumni Enterprise Industry-University-Research Development Center (“CSU Alumni IURC”).

On September 23rd, Skytower Group and Shenzhen EA Logistics, a publicly traded company signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to establish a new model of International Logistics Services covering China, United States and Saudi Arabia.

It was an honor to participate in this important event, where Skytower reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Vision 2030 and contributing to Saudi Arabia’s transformation into a global hub for industry, logistics, and mining. During our one-on-one meeting with H.E. Minister Bandar AlKhorayef, our CEO Eric Fang emphasized Skytower’s strengths in cross-border investment, global resource integration, and our alignment with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030.

On August 27, 2025, Skytower CEO Mr. Eric Fang was invited by the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to attend the Roundtable with Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, held in North Carolina during the official visit of His Excellency Bandar AlKhorayef to the United States.

According to Mr. David Champ, the President & CEO of the company, as the APOZ ( Asia Pacific Opportunity Zone ) project has been getting a lot of attentions within the business communities everywhere over the past few months, the company wants to redesign its logo to deliver a clear message about the nature of the APOZ project, therefore a new design has been created to deliver that message.
